The Under 10's Season - By the Gaffer
Well what a season who would have thought that when we started this season and letting in 5 goals on the frist day, that it would end with us winning both our last games without conceding a goal to clinch our first title success
The effort the lads have put in on match days and training has been amazing, we have grown from a side who was just happy to play, to a side who know what is expected of them and they deliver every time
We shouldn't under estimate what we have achieved this year, as only one team can win any league, so we should all be proud of the lads, they took on the best that Lynn had this year and came out on top, so once again me, Dale and Kieran thank the lads for their effort.
Parents play their part too, there's the support on match days and of course we couldn't forget Claires Cakes!! all of which has been appreciated by myself and the boys
Looking forward to next year, it will be hard to cap this seasons efforts, but i am sure the lads will give everything they have in an effort to match this season.
So i finish by saying well done to all and i hope we all have a great Summer

Match Reports
Saturday 12th April 2008 at Watlington
Watlington 1 Old Hunstanton 2
In our last game of the season we put on a good show and clinched third place in a well run tournament.
After a even start where both sides created chances, we went ahead when Kieran played into Benji who put the ball through the excellent home keepers legs, we then went on the attack and should have gone further ahead but were stung when Watlington scored from a corner drawing the game level.
Both sides then went on to play some good football but the game was settled with a cracker of a goal from Toby who hit the ball from 20yds into the top corner.
Well done to both sides who put on a good show, but last words to Old Town who have had a brilliant season with every player doing his bit.
